In the past few months, Samaia has been involved in a charity single BE THE HOPE and also a charity calendar. She will be spending two weeks on this mission and on her return to the UK, Miss Black Africa will be hosting a star studded fundraising Gala night in aid of the SOS Childrens charity and their work in Angola.
According to the Miss Black Africa founder, Dele Onabowu “The essence of a beauty queen isn’t her newly acquired status but how she utilizes this status for the betterment of herself and society. The Miss Black Africa Organisation takes our commitment to charity very seriously and it is the basis of our organisations existence. I am very proud of Samaia and her commitment to her title. She has surpassed my expectations by miles and is solidly keeping the tradition of Miss Black Africa’s global outreach alive”.
